At S&A Unified Home Care, we are committed to communicating with you clearly, and only with your permission. This SMS Terms and Conditions policy explains how the S&A Unified Home Care text messaging program works — what messages we send, how often, what they cost, how to opt out — and how we collect, use, and store your phone number and your consent to receive text messages.
What We Send
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from S&A Unified Home Care related to your inquiry, application, care, or employment with us. These messages are transactional only — for example:
- Links to documents that need your electronic signature
- One-time verification codes
- Care-coordination and onboarding notifications (scheduling, paperwork, and status updates)
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How To Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START.

Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Consent
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or of employment with S&A Unified Home Care.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this page.
