Yes, in most cases. Medicaid Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plans cover home health aide and personal care services, and we work directly with your plan on authorization. If you have straight (fee-for-service) Medicaid instead of an MLTC plan, we can accept it when you're enrolled in the NHTD or TBI waiver program or with OPWDD — our intake team will confirm which path applies to you.
